Android Outlook Calendar Not Syncing. Remove and reconnect the shared calendar. Mail and calendar was working correctly, then yesterday, i noticed calendar events entered into phone remained grey.
Your outlook calendar may not sync on your galaxy phone if your personal account has not been added to the calendar app. (also linked from the menu in the calendar list, the calendar list also already shows basic sync info).

If you’re not syncing a work calendar and just want to link outlook with android, this will work too.
Or, You Need To Clear The App’s Data.
In the outlook app i went into settings, selected my account and noticed ‘sync calendars’ was off.
